Sales and Customer Service Workshops

This five-hour hands-on workshop covers the following important aspects of sales and customer service:

  • How to keep present customers loyal / customer retention
Delegates will leave the workshop with a customised blueprint for improved sales and excellent customer service that can be implemented immediately.

The workshop facilitator has over 30 years experience in sales and customer service training thereby ensuring that delegates will be exposed to some unique examples and tips that can be used to develop their sales techniques.

The workshops are held at our upmarket premises in Menlyn, Pretoria or may be held at your premises, anywhere in South Africa, by arrangement.
